Presentation of Service The service of Analysis is a laboratory of common services. Its objective is to place at the disposal of researchers a powerful technology in chromatography (HPLC, FPLC, CPG, GCMS, HPLC /MS /MS) and in mass spectrometry (LC/MSMS). To answer the variety of requests for analyses and to be able to propose a worthy service, the Analysis Service could widen the range of its equipment by the granting of new equipment at the end of the year 2004, such as:       Two high performance liquid chromatographs (HPLC), analytical and preparative       An automatic sequencer of ADN       A mass spectrometer related to the liquid chromatography (LC-MSMS)       A quantitative apparatus PCR. Equipments The Service of Analysis is thus equipped with: Four high performance liquid chromatographs (HPLC) equipped with detectors UV - Visible and of detectors with index of refraction (IR) A high performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC) preparative equipped with detectors UV - Visib A Fast Phase Liquid Chromatography (FPLC). A chromatograph with gas phase (CPG) equipped with a detector with ionization of flame (FID). An Apparatus of mass spectrometry related to the capillary liquid chromatography (LC/MSMS).
